This new material provides the accuracy you expect from Polyjet parts, with greater durability and a feel more like molded plastic parts. Customers can now produce prototyes that appear more production like without sacrificing the unmatched surface detail Objet has achieved. Fullcure 850 VeroGray offers a compelling list of enhanced material qualities including:

VeroGray models also offer Flexural Strength (95 MPa), Flexural Modulus, and a Tensile Strength of 60 MPa. This combination makes them an excellent choice for engineering simulation and structural testing where parts may need to withstand bending. Low water absorption (ASTM D570-98 24Hr) and a higher heat deflection temperature (ASTM D-648) give VeroGray models particularly good dimensional stability, which means they will hold up under a wider range of environmental conditions. VeroGray models have the same long shelf life seen in rest of the Vero line of materials.
